“Construction Foreman”
This profile is about Scott Nichols. He is a Construction Foreman. Foreman is a person who supervises and directs other workers. He typically works forty hours a week. He started this job when he was high school student. He became a construction worker because they didn’t require a college education. He was a worker there before but since the former foreman retired, they gave him the position. Overall, he loves his job and he also enjoys building. However, he feels that the workers are being too friendly with him so there’s no more respect. That’s why, he needs to have self-confidence and showed an attitude.
Scott Nichols reminds me of my boss. He is a manager at a catering place for wedding. He told us that even if he’s nice to us, we can’t just do whatever we want. We still need to keep ourselves busy. There are a few things that Scott taught me and they are loyalty and honesty. He is a guy who has morality to himself and appreciates the opportunity given to him. So, never take for granted all the things you have today and most of all enjoy what you have every day.

“Flight attendant”
This profile is about Carrie Warren. She is a flight attendant. A Flight Attendant is a steward or stewardess on an aircraft. She was a bartender in Denver before. Her Dad saw an article about cattle call for United States. At first, she didn’t want to do it but her father convinced her. So, Carrie decided to apply for flight attendant and she got accepted. For the past eight years of being flight attendant, she has loved her job. However, there is something that she’s upset about and they are people who are impatient. Carrie talks about one of the passengers that had an attitude from the very first moment he stepped in an airplane. The passenger was so fastidious about food. She offered a cheeseburger to the passenger, but the passenger didn’t want it so he threw the cheeseburger at her face. Carrie had enough to the guy. She told him to apologize to her about his behavior before she gave food to the entire passenger. Then the guy had to give up and said sorry to her already.
Carrie’s experience is related to something that happened with my life. I work as a caterer in Franklin Square which is for wedding and some people are being ignorant so they don’t know how to accept gratefulness in their life. I remember when I was taking the dinner order to the guy and at the same time the music was too loud, so I listed the wrong order. So, the time that I gave the order, he yelled at me suddenly because he wants the fillet Mignon instead of veal chop, When I went to the kitchen and told them to change it to filet Mignon, they said there’s no more. So, I asked him again if he wants something else. He said, “never mind, I’m just going to eat it”. After the mistake I made, he gave me a bad look. I was upset after he gave the bad look, so I didn’t taking care and serve him that day. He should have appreciated the moment of those two people who got married. He shouldn’t have focus and take out his anger at me. I learned from my grandma that I have to always appreciate what I have because there is always someone out there who wishes they had what I have. In addition, Carrie’s story made me laugh and there is a quote that I find very funny, “you have two choices. You either eat a cheeseburger or you don’t eat”. So, That’s how easy it is.
